Who We Are

TJ Fish | Founder

Our journey started in field. TJ worked directly in the field across multiple construction trades. Recognizing the need for better communication between design and execution, he balanced full-time field work with earning a Civil Engineering Technology degree from Wake Technical Community College.

Today, with more than 15 years of experience under his belt, TJ leads TJF Coordination and Trueline with a strict focus on constructability. By combining formal civil engineering fundamentals with a deep understanding of field surveying and data collection, we bridge the gap between raw site conditions and digital design. Whether coordinating complex MEP systems, structural supports, or massive water treatment facilities, we deliver precise digital assets that contractors can actually trust on-site.

Software Experience: Revit • AutoCAD • Navisworks • Civil 3D • MicroStation • Revizto • Dynamo • Bluebeam
